Recruitment Specialist – HR Internal Team

About the role

Join KPMG's HR Internal Team in Nicosia and help shape a positive candidate and employee experience from the first interaction. You will gain broad exposure across recruitment, onboarding, internships and people‑related projects while developing your HR career in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job description preparation, vacancy posting, application screening, interview coordination and hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in line with internal policies and data requirements.
• Manage applications and recruitment activity through the online recruitment system.
• Participate in the delivery of internship programmes and support the onboarding of new joiners.
• Represent the firm at recruitment events and career fairs.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc people projects and wider team priorities.

Required profile

• University degree with a minimum 2:1 grade (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a recruitment role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
