PSP Officer

About the role

Join IC's dynamic FinTech team as a PSP Officer, responsible for managing the company’s payment provider ecosystem. You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and drive improvements across all payment channels in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor deposit and withdrawal performance, transaction success rates and processing trends across all supported payment channels.
• Identify and resolve payment disruptions, escalations and operational issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Manage onboarding, implementation and due‑diligence of new PSPs, banks and alternative payment methods.
• Own incident management from identification through resolution, including root‑cause analysis and follow‑up actions.
• Prepare regular reporting on payment volumes, provider performance and key operational metrics, and analyse trends to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in payments, PSP operations, banking, fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, transaction lifecycles and settlement flows.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience investigating payment issues.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management skills, able to work independently.
