Property Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and safety of all company offices and staff accommodation. This role combines preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and coordination with external vendors to keep facilities functional and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and fire/safety equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing leaks, drywall, painting, door hardware, and building automation systems.
• Maintain and repair office furniture such as desks, chairs, and cupboards.
• Serve as the primary contact for facility emergencies, responding to on‑call duties for alarms, power outages, leaks, and system failures.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors, ensuring safety standards and contract terms are met.
• Manage general carpentry, drywall repair, painting, cleaning of A/C filters, and furniture assembly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records.
• Oversee supermarket supplies, pest control services, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Strong organizational skills for managing contracts, supplies, and documentation.
