Property Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join a leading property management service provider in Limassol. The role involves handling all legal aspects of property transactions, from drafting contracts to managing conveyancing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review property contracts, reservation and leasing agreements.
• Manage conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with Cypriot law.
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, banks and other parties to facilitate transactions.
• Submit documentation through governmental portals and handle all correspondence.
• Prepare corporate documents for bank compliance, maintain organized records, and support internal departments.
• Conduct KYC and due diligence in line with group compliance procedures.
• Coordinate execution, certification, apostille and legalization of corporate documents.

Required profile

• LLB (or equivalent); Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 5‑7 years of experience in property law and conveyancing, preferably in Cyprus.
• Strong knowledge of Cypriot property, leasing and contract law.
• Familiarity with KYC and due‑diligence requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with legal document management software.
• Ability to draft and review property contracts and agreements.
• Knowledge of KYC and due‑diligence processes.
