Project Manager in Trading

About the role

Exness is looking for a Trading Operations Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects within its fast‑growing trading division. You will work closely with key stakeholders to shape and deliver strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and support the company’s fintech vision.

Key responsibilities

• Identify pressure points by gathering and analysing data, then define clear business‑aligned strategies and solutions.
• Create and execute operational plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the organisation, building professional networks to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation from initiation through implementation, providing transparent progress updates.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, develop and monitor KPIs, and propose lean, technically feasible automation solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable project plans.
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects or programmes, preferably in a trading or financial services environment.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of producing high‑quality documentation and reports.
