Project Manager (Cyprus relocation)

About the role

We are a leading consulting firm seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of new and existing projects in Cyprus. The role includes full relocation support and offers a dynamic environment where legal, finance and compliance teams collaborate closely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Compliance departments to guarantee smooth execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and budgets.
• Engage external stakeholders such as legal advisors, government authorities, and service providers.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Offer methodological support and guidance to project team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in company incorporation or legal services.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability in strategic planning, resource management, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in both Russian and English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Jira.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and tracking.
