About the role

Join PwC’s Finance, Operations and Data team in Limassol and start a professional training scheme that blends hands‑on experience with fully sponsored ACA/ACCA studies. You will work on finance, operations, payroll and data projects for clients in Cyprus and abroad, gaining valuable insights from experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance and operations projects, including payroll processing and data analysis.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to improve business efficiency for a range of clients.
• Participate in advisory work that helps organisations run smarter and more efficiently.
• Develop practical skills in accounting, finance and data management while studying for professional qualifications.

Required profile

• Current undergraduate or recent graduate in any discipline with a minimum grade (University of Cyprus 7/10, other local universities 3.33/4, Greek universities 7/10, UK 2:1, US 3.33/4).
• Exposure to accounting, finance or business‑related subjects is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Strong IT proficiency and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑oriented, commercially aware and eager to learn.
