Product Manager – Onboarding & Account Management

About the role

The Product Manager will own the end‑to‑end onboarding and account‑management journey, from sign‑up through verification, approval and the first deposit or trade. You will be accountable for conversion rates, drop‑offs and time‑to‑value, while leading KYC decisioning and fraud‑prevention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy for client onboarding and account/profile management aligned with growth, regulatory and risk objectives.
• Own the onboarding and activation funnel, monitor performance, diagnose drop‑offs and deliver measurable uplift through iterative optimisation.
• Lead discovery, design and delivery of enhancements across verification, security, profile and recovery flows.
• Configure and optimise Alloy EV provider cascades to maximise verification coverage and approval rates while reducing friction.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations to ensure KYC/AML, disclosures and record‑keeping requirements are met across licences and jurisdictions.
• Improve back‑office onboarding workflows by reducing manual review volumes, rework and handling times through better tooling and clear SLAs.
• Deliver withdrawal fraud prevention and account security controls such as step‑up verification, MFA and withdrawal blocks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, UX and Analytics to ship measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of product management experience with proven impact on onboarding/activation funnels.
• Experience in regulated financial services (broker, fintech, payments or crypto) and a strong grasp of compliance‑by‑design.
• Strong analytical capability, including funnel analysis, cohorting and experimentation mindset.
• Hands‑on knowledge of identity verification and KYC/eKYC ecosystems.
