About the role

TradingView is seeking a Product Lead to own and evolve a major product direction that connects millions of users across market discovery, community interaction, payments, and the core user experience. This senior role blends strategic product ownership with people leadership, guiding a team of product managers while shaping the end‑to‑end journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overarching product strategy, vision, and roadmap across multiple inter‑related domains.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, setting clear goals and fostering a user‑obsessed culture.
• Own the cross‑domain user journey, balancing content richness, community engagement, monetization, and usability.
• Champion a coherent information architecture, navigation model, and design language that aligns with the broader platform.
• Prioritize investments based on user research, quantitative analysis, and business impact.
• Define and track key product metrics such as engagement, retention, conversion, and experience quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product teams in fast‑growing, consumer‑facing technology environments.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into high‑impact initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across cross‑functional groups.
• Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of user experience principles.
