Product Designer – Monetization

About the role

Mayflower is seeking a Product Designer focused on monetization to shape intuitive, high‑impact experiences for its global entertainment platforms. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to turn ambiguous problems into clear, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers throughout discovery, ideation, and validation.
• Translate user feedback, business goals, and technical constraints into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI.
• Own the end‑to‑end design process, from concept to post‑launch iteration.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and measure feature success.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain design consistency and contribute to the design system.
• Conduct usability testing, user research, and data analysis to validate ideas.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience on web‑based products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work, especially for web interfaces.
• Demonstrated user‑centered thinking and ability to align user needs with business goals.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams with product managers and engineers.
• Ability to drive design work independently from ambiguous problems.
