People Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced People Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager to support the continued growth of our international fintech business. The role combines talent acquisition with people operations, ensuring we attract, recruit and retain top talent across multiple jurisdictions while delivering an outstanding employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations, Compliance, Finance, Technology and other functions across international locations.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the company’s expansion plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, executive search partners and professional networks.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, performance management and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies.
• Continuously improve recruitment and people‑operations processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and headhunting, preferably within Payments, FinTech or Financial Services.
• Demonstrated success recruiting internationally, especially across Europe and North America.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of handling several recruitment processes simultaneously.
