Payments and Fraud Analyst

About the role

Mayflower is seeking a Payments and Fraud Analyst to monitor its automated fraud system, handle chargebacks, and provide customer support for payments‑related issues. The role supports the Finance and Risk departments and works on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor automated fraud detection tools and review suspicious user activity.
• Handle chargeback cases, including review and representation.
• Provide customer support for payments and fraud‑related inquiries.
• Assist the Finance and Risk departments with general tasks.
• Participate in rotating 24/7 shift coverage.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in online customer support, banking, financial services, or online payments (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in a fraud‑related role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in online businesses and a desire to expand knowledge in payments and fraud.
• Critical thinker with fast decision‑making ability and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with fraud monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of chargeback processes.
• Customer support experience in payments or financial services.
