About the role

Join MUFG Investor Services as a Payment Services Specialist, Associate, where you will process invoices, execute payments and support high‑volume fund expense workflows. You will interact with clients, vendors and internal teams while adhering to established controls and service standards.

• Process invoices independently and accurately.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Experience in fund administration, treasury operations, payment operations, accounts payable or financial operations.
• Experience with payment gateways, transaction flows and reconciliations is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products.
