Payment Operations Officer

About the role

As a Payment Operations Officer you will manage the end‑to‑end processing of client deposits and withdrawals while providing prompt, accurate email support. You will work closely with banks, third‑party payment providers and the wider finance team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate daily manual funding methods to client accounts and process withdrawals promptly.
• Liaise with banks and third‑party payment providers, monitor AML, fraud and jurisdiction compliance, and escalate suspicious activity.
• Handle client inquiries via Salesforce, manage internal inboxes, and support reconciliation and finance requests.
• Prepare daily transaction statements, verify deposits, manage chargeback disputes and cash adjustments.
• Maintain and update the company Knowledge Base and submit IT tickets as needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and calmness under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a desire for ongoing learning.
