Partnership & YouTube Community Manager

About the role

Scorewarrior is looking for a Partnership & YouTube Community Manager to design and run a creator program for its flagship MMO, Total Battle. You will shape how creators and players interact with the brand, turning community signals into growth assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and own the end‑to‑end creator/partnership program, including scouting, onboarding, tier management and off‑boarding.
• Identify and evaluate English‑speaking creators against clear criteria and bring them into the program.
• Prepare and distribute creator briefs for new events, updates and features, ensuring deadlines, embargoes and key messaging are respected.
• Manage tier‑based perks such as referral links, early access, interviews, reposts, cross‑promotions and playtests.
• Run quarterly reviews tracking retention, engagement rates and audience sentiment, making data‑driven decisions on partnership continuation.
• Protect the brand by monitoring content for compliance and addressing gray‑market or rule‑breaking activity.
• Collaborate closely with the content team to align channel strategy with community insights.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who can build processes from scratch and take full ownership.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting community and performance data.
• Strong communication skills to brief creators and coordinate internal teams.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with MMO or 4X strategy titles.

Required skills

• Data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets or similar).
• Experience managing creator or influencer partnerships.
