Partnership Manager – Payment Services (iGaming)

About the role

We are expanding our payment gateway’s network of partners and need a proactive Partnership Manager to own the end‑to‑end process of sourcing, vetting, negotiating and contracting Payment Service Providers (PSPs), especially for high‑risk verticals such as iGaming.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and qualify new PSPs to enrich our gateway offering.
• Lead negotiations and finalize contracts that secure competitive rates and terms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records, tracking pipeline status, contacts, commercial terms and next steps.
• Stay attuned to evolving business needs and proactively connect with relevant suppliers.
• Network through LinkedIn, industry expos and events to build and sustain partner relationships.
• Manage multiple supplier relationships simultaneously with a detail‑oriented approach.

Required profile

• Experience in high‑risk payment processing, preferably within iGaming.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation ability and confidence to secure favorable terms.
• High attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits.
• Self‑management skills to handle a busy multi‑supplier pipeline.
• Nice‑to‑have: Russian language proficiency and background as an iGaming operator or business‑development team member of an iGaming PSP.
