About the role

We are looking for recent graduates to join our dynamic Marketing team through a structured graduate program. The role offers hands‑on experience across various marketing functions, allowing you to turn data into insights and contribute to creative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer insight research and analysis.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate on product and brand partnership initiatives.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to translate ideas into real projects.
• Participate in short‑term mentorship sessions and training workshops.

Required profile

• Graduated within the last three years in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Resides in or can relocate to Northern Cyprus.
• Strong interest in customer behavior, market trends and new technologies.
• Motivation to analyse data, interpret results and generate insights.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
