Mobile Software Engineer – Digital Banking

About the role

Eurobank Limited is seeking a motivated Mobile Software Engineer to join its Digital Banking Engineering team in Nicosia. You will help build and enhance the bank’s native mobile banking application, working in an agile environment focused on quality, automation, and continuous delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and extend features for the digital mobile banking platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in collaboration with an agile team.
• Participate in testing, release processes, and provide application support.
• Troubleshoot and debug performance issues.
• Engage in daily scrum stand‑ups and other agile ceremonies.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field (postgraduate considered an advantage).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in native mobile development.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving aptitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Required skills

• iOS development using Swift.
• Android development using Kotlin.
• Integration with remote data via REST APIs.
• Experience with standard libraries, APIs, and mobile app deployment/release processes.
