Middle-Senior Affiliate Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Middle‑Senior Affiliate Manager to join our international iGaming company. You will drive the growth of our affiliate program by attracting new partners, nurturing existing relationships, and optimizing campaign performance across Tier‑1 markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Develop tailored partnership proposals to enhance collaboration effectiveness.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements, covering CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, and Flat‑Fee models.
• Analyze campaign data, monitor daily traffic, and optimise key performance indicators.
• Produce regular performance reports and track target achievement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, compliance) to support successful campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the partner network.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of affiliate management experience within the iGaming sector.
• Proven track record working with affiliates across diverse traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, ASO, In‑app, Email, Push, Native).
• Strong understanding of affiliate business models and commercial agreements.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience with Tier‑1 markets and an established network of partners is a strong advantage.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
