Middle Office Analyst

About the role

eToro is seeking a detail‑oriented Middle Office Analyst to join its global operations team in Limassol. You will support the trading lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all post‑trade processes.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile trade executions and position data across multiple systems and platforms.
• Monitor exposures and ensure alignment with eToro’s global risk framework.
• Analyze trading performance and turn data into actionable insights.
• Support and operate lending, settlement, and post‑trade activities.
• Liaise with external liquidity providers and counterparties worldwide.
• Act as a central point of contact, sharing information and collaborating with internal teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a Middle Office, Back Office, or related trading/financial operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with close attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and a methodical, precise approach.
• Solid understanding of capital markets and financial products.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• SQL (required).
• Python knowledge (a plus).
