Mid QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mid-level QA Engineer to join a well‑established Cyprus‑based technology company. You will work closely with developers and product owners to ensure high‑quality software delivery for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, document, and monitor bugs following structured QA best practices.
• Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases, including functional, integration, module, regression, API, and expert‑level frontend testing.
• Analyse requirements, specifications, and technical designs to derive test scenarios.
• Collaborate effectively with the development team and provide clear bug reports with supporting evidence.
• Design and run regression test suites, perform system testing, and review test cases prepared by peers.
• Provide effort estimations, participate in QA planning meetings, and suggest continuous improvement ideas.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with functional, integration, module, and regression testing of web applications.
• Proven ability to work on complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and MS‑SQL databases.
• Excellent command of English and Greek.
