Media Buying Operations Manager

About the role

Spotware Systems is seeking a hands‑on Media Buying Operations Manager to build, run and scale the media‑buying network for its new direct‑to‑consumer trading product on the cTrader ecosystem. You will turn testing funnels into registered, funded and actively trading users.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard and manage a network of external performance‑pay media‑buying units, setting pay schemes and allocating them across funnel × geo.
• Scale the network, cut under‑performers and own unit‑count ramp against live cost‑per‑funded‑account and conversion‑rate signals.
• Run the first media‑buying units hands‑on until the external network is fully operational.
• Conduct QA and anti‑fraud checks, reconcile performance‑based payouts against verified funded accounts.
• Serve as the single point of contact between in‑house teams and external units, providing briefs, collecting data and feeding insights back into testing.
• Own advertising accounts, tracking pixels, server‑side tracking, mobile attribution and first‑party data.
• Report acquisition performance against CAC, funded‑account quality and net deposit in collaboration with analysts.

Required profile

• 5+ years in performance marketing / paid user acquisition, managing six‑figure monthly budgets.
• Proven experience building and managing external buyer networks, including sourcing, perf‑pay deals, anti‑fraud and payout reconciliation.
• Background in high‑CPA, conversion‑driven verticals such as iGaming, gambling, forex/CFD, crypto or dating.
• Hands‑on ownership of ad‑ops/martech stack and multi‑geo acquisition, ideally in emerging markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel and cohort data.
