Media Buyer

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Media Buyer to manage the full lifecycle of paid campaigns across adult traffic networks. You will work closely with affiliate managers, offer owners, and creative teams to acquire high‑quality traffic while ensuring compliance with trust‑and‑safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and continuously optimise campaigns on platforms such as TrafficJunky and ExoClick.
• Adjust bids, targeting (geo, device, OS, carrier, time) and creative rotations to maximise ROI.
• Conduct creative testing across banners, native ads, pop‑unders and push notifications.
• Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS) using network dashboards and Voluum, producing actionable reports.
• Research competitive strategies with tools like AdPlexity to identify market trends.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align traffic acquisition with converting offers.
• Explore new traffic sources, verticals and ad formats to expand acquisition strategy.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably on adult traffic networks.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Comfortable working with adult content and adhering to strict safety standards.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing budgets focused on performance metrics.
