Marketing Executive – Real Estate (Paphos)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager of a well‑established real‑estate company in Paphos. The role involves creating visual content, managing social media, and assisting with digital advertising campaigns to promote residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphics, social media posts, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all channels.
• Select, edit and produce photography and video content that aligns with the brand.
• Coordinate social media publishing and community engagement according to the content calendar, and lead specific campaigns when required.
• Set up, monitor and optimise digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and other platforms under the Digital Marketing Manager’s direction.
• Collaborate with sales, senior management and external partners to coordinate promotional activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual judgement and design skills.
• Very good command of English and Greek.
• Experience in real‑estate or property development is an advantage.
