Marine Travel Operator

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of air travel solutions for the maritime industry, is looking for a Marine Travel Operator to coordinate crew and executive travel in Limassol. The role combines office‑based planning with on‑call support from home, ensuring seamless transportation for marine personnel worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange marine air transportation for crew members and specialists, handling schedules, visas and cost optimisation.
• Assess client needs and preferences, providing tailored travel solutions.
• Work regular office hours on weekdays and be on call from home during evenings, weekends and 24‑hour duty rotations (every 4‑6 weeks).
• Maintain accurate reservation records using the Amadeus system and IATA codes.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred (not mandatory).
• Legally authorised to work in Cyprus and resident of Limassol.
• Willingness to participate in a 24‑hour duty rota.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system.
• Familiarity with IATA city and country codes.

What we offer

• Salary €1,800–€2,300 gross per month, reviewed after 6 months.
