Logistics Officer

About the role

SOZO Brain Center is seeking a Logistics Officer to manage end‑to‑end logistics for its international medical‑device activities. You will coordinate the movement of devices, consumables and related materials, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments of medical devices, consumables, accessories and related materials.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills and customs paperwork.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs agents and courier companies to ensure accurate and on‑time delivery.
• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery, resolve delays or discrepancies, and keep internal teams informed.
• Manage repair, replacement and RMA logistics, including receipt, verification, shipment to manufacturers and return to customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, support warehouse operations, and conduct periodic stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with Purchasing to prevent shortages.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable customs, transport and shipping regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international healthcare environment.

Required skills

• Experience with international shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
