Legal Officer

About the role

As a Legal Officer at FxPro, you will provide day‑to‑day legal support to the company, advising management and internal departments on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. You will be part of an international fintech team operating across several locations, including Limassol.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice and support to management and internal departments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure company policies and business practices comply with relevant legal requirements.
• Maintain corporate legal documentation and records.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise stakeholders on potential impact.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent) with 1‑2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Drive and Adobe.
• Strong experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Excellent legal research and regulatory analysis abilities.
• Knowledge of labour, corporate and commercial law.
