Junior Sales Development Representative

About the role

Obtained.com helps fintech and digital brands get licensed, banked, paid, and close deals. The company moves fast, stays sharp, and focuses on outcomes. No prior SDR experience is required – you will receive full training.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build target lists of companies and the right contacts.
• Run LinkedIn outreach, including connection requests, follow‑ups and light personalization.
• Support conference outreach with pre‑event mapping and post‑event follow‑ups.
• Qualify interest and book meetings for the senior sales team.
• Maintain a clean CRM with accurate notes, next steps and contact details.

Required profile

• 0–1 year experience in sales or account management, or strong motivation to start.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Organised, consistent and comfortable using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Confident speaking with people online and at events.
• Bonus: additional EU languages.
