Junior Sales Development Representative (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a sales‑driven Junior Sales Development Representative (B2B) to help grow XOALA’s payment services. The role focuses on building and managing business relationships, qualifying leads and expanding the company’s client base in the fintech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction with XOALA’s services.
• Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries and referrals, and convert prospects into active clients.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for existing customers.
• Prospect new clients such as retail traders, institutional investors and brokerage firms.
• Develop strategic B2B partnerships across finance, retail and e‑commerce sectors.
• Represent XOALA at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and industry developments.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support and technical teams to improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in FinTech, payment solutions or related fields.
• Strong sales drive, self‑motivation and passion for client relationships.
• Native or business‑level fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to develop and execute growth initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Organised, problem‑solving and self‑directed.
