Junior Fund Advisor – Funds Services

About the role

Join PwC's Fund Services team in Nicosia and support a diverse portfolio of investment funds, fund managers and regulated financial entities. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to fund licensing, regulatory compliance and corporate governance while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior advisors in delivering regulatory, compliance, governance and corporate advisory services to AIFs, AIFMs, UCITS, electronic money and payment institutions.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing licensing filings, annual compliance reports and other submissions to CySEC and the Central Bank of Cyprus.
• Draft and monitor communications with regulatory authorities and participate in client projects with PwC’s Tax, Legal and Corporate Services teams.
• Undertake compliance reviews, support internal risk management, and contribute to internal initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience with strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, client‑focused mindset.
