Junior Dealer – Evening Shift

About the role

As a Junior Dealer you will support the dealing desk during the evening shift (17:00‑23:00 Cyprus time). This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with strong analytical abilities who are eager to work in financial markets and help maintain smooth trading operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain trading systems and tools used by the desk.
• Hedge company‑level exposures according to established guidelines.
• Check trade execution, investigate irregularities and track risk limits.
• Perform end‑of‑day and start‑of‑day system checks.
• Prepare and deliver nightly reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve system issues promptly.
• Stay updated on market and economic developments.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle evening shifts.
• Good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5) – a plus.
• Familiarity with Centroid Bridge – a plus.
