IVF Clinic Nurse

About the role

The IVF Clinic Nurse will join a leading fertility centre in Limassol, providing compassionate care to couples undergoing assisted reproductive treatments. The role involves direct patient interaction, clinical support during procedures, and coordination of treatment schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications and injections according to IVF protocols.
• Perform ultrasound scans, blood draws and other diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor patient progress, vital signs and safety throughout treatment cycles.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑procedure education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation and billing information.
• Liaise between patients, fertility specialists, laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with treatment preparation, ensuring required lab tests and diagnostics are completed.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with an active license in Cyprus.
• Experience in a medical setting, preferably reproductive health or fertility services.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
• Empathetic, patient‑focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast‑paced team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards of patient safety.
