IT Help Desk Specialist

About the role

UpcoMinds is seeking a motivated, client‑focused IT Help Desk Specialist to join its Nicosia team. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling technical queries and supporting day‑to‑day application usage.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support as the initial contact for user questions and technical issues.
• Make minor adjustments to applications when required.
• Add and manage user accounts within the system.
• Escalate complex issues to second‑level support or solution vendors.
• Document problems and their resolutions accurately.
• Participate in training sessions to deepen application knowledge.
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve the application and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Flexible and adaptable in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Military obligations fulfilled.
