Information Technology Specialist – Microsoft 365 & AD

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Specialist to join a leading tech company in Limassol. The role focuses on managing Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, and providing second‑level support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify and disable Microsoft 365 users, groups, and manage Active Directory accounts and computers.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including licensing and configuration.
• Maintain Active Directory, enforce group policies, and manage security settings.
• Troubleshoot software, network, and technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to deploy new technologies, policies, and solutions.
• Document equipment inventory, processes, and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Helpdesk Level 2 or higher role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory.
• Good understanding of networking protocols; experience with switches, firewalls and routers is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
