Indirect Retail Specialist

About the role

As an Indirect Retail Specialist at PMI, you will operate in a back‑office capacity, turning channel strategy into market‑ready commercialization plans. You will ensure the retail calendar is ready for launches, campaigns and incentive programs, providing the foundation for effective go‑to‑market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual and rolling Indirect Retail commercialization calendar, consolidating priorities, launch requirements, dependencies and stakeholder inputs.
• Drive go‑to‑market readiness by aligning processes, systems, data, materials, communications and operational requirements before deployment.
• Manage retailer incentive programs (P4P), including mechanics, eligibility, target setting, communication, tracking, reconciliation and evaluation.
• Translate channel strategy and business priorities into briefs, guidelines, toolkits and execution guidance for internal teams and external partners.
• Act as business lead for system enhancements, coordinating requirements, testing, implementation and adoption with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, address risks, and continuously improve tools, processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in commercial planning, trade marketing, sales operations, channel management or a similar commercial role.
• Strong planning and project coordination abilities with capacity to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English.
