About the role
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to join our Human Resources team, reporting to the Head of HR. The role oversees recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding, supporting a positive employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate communications.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
- Prepare and manage pre‑employment documentation and welcome packs.
- Coordinate new‑hire orientation and ensure a smooth first‑day experience.
- Work with IT, facilities and payroll to meet onboarding needs.
- Introduce new employees to company culture, policies and systems.
- Follow up with new hires during the onboarding period to ensure positive integration.
- Coordinate off‑boarding steps, including exit interviews, final documentation and access deactivation.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local labour laws.
- Collect feedback from departing employees to support continuous improvement.
- Support managers in delivering exit communications with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR reporting.
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative support and answer employee queries.
- Assist employees with work‑permit and immigration documentation.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of HR processes and systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4‑5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and employee lifecycle coordination.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
- Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, approachable and team‑oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
