HR Manager (FX Experienced) – Limassol

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a focus on FX to join our growing team in Limassol. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations and supporting HR processes in a dynamic office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Source, screen and interview candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment procedures.
• Work closely with management to identify hiring needs.
• Maintain and develop a strong talent pipeline.
• Support onboarding and employee integration.
• Manage employee relations and HR matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Support the development and implementation of HR procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and professional company culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the industry.
• Recruitment process experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and HR procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and solution‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude and strong people skills.
