HR Business Partner – Limassol

About the role

Our client, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services company, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to manage the HR function across the full employee lifecycle, reporting to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy in partnership with the Managing Director and senior team.
• Lead talent management, learning and development initiatives.
• Oversee performance management processes and reviews.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Maintain HR policies, compliance and HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors.
• Drive employee engagement and HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle, employment legislation and HR practices.
• Experience with strategic HR, talent management and organisational development.
• Hands‑on, proactive and able to work independently managing multiple priorities.
