Head of SEO

About the role

XS, a fast‑growing multi‑asset CFD broker, is seeking a dynamic Head of SEO to lead its organic search strategy. You will work with a multicultural team of experts to boost visibility, traffic and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
• Perform thorough keyword research and optimise website structure, content and technical elements.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers and designers to implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as click‑through rate, bounce rate and conversions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Identify issues, propose solutions and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• 6+ years of SEO experience with a proven record of revenue generation.
• Strong technical SEO expertise and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving skills and a sense of ownership.
