Head of Marketing

About the role

As Head of Marketing you will build and lead Vesoma’s marketing function, shaping how the company presents its humanoid robots to customers, partners, investors and future employees. You will work closely with the founder, design, product, engineering and commercial teams to translate technical progress into compelling positioning, stories and high‑impact launches.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Vesoma’s brand positioning, messaging and narrative across global audiences.
• Lead the creation and management of all public‑facing content, including website, video storytelling, sales decks and demo materials.
• Own PR and media relations, drive founder visibility and plan participation in robotics, automation and AI events.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams to ensure technical accuracy of public claims and develop market‑specific value propositions.
• Build and manage a small marketing team, oversee agencies and freelancers, and control the marketing budget, KPIs and reporting.

Required profile

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading a marketing function.
• Proven track record building a brand or marketing function from scratch in an early‑stage company.
• Strong background in B2B product marketing combined with consumer or mass‑market brand building.
• Experience translating technically complex products into clear, differentiated value propositions and successful go‑to‑market launches.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Hands‑on experience across content creation, video production, PR, events and digital channels.
• Experience managing agencies and freelancers.
