Head of Marketing (Hands-On Execution)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing, hands‑on Head of Marketing for an award‑winning, FSCA‑regulated brokerage. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will bridge strategic vision and daily execution, leading a dynamic team in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the CMO’s strategic direction into quarterly plans, monthly campaigns and weekly deliverables.
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team, setting performance objectives and ensuring accountability.
• Align acquisition, marketing operations, content, CRM and creative teams around a master marketing calendar.
• Write and edit high‑converting copy for landing pages, emails, SMS, push notifications, ads and app store listings.
• Draft briefs for designers, video editors and agencies, and oversee multi‑channel GTM assets for product launches.
• Audit and optimise the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to long‑term retention, managing budgets based on real‑time ROI.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective actions with functional owners.
• Establish quality standards and integrate AI tools to accelerate workflow execution.

Required profile

• 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years leading teams.
• Proven track record in a Forex/CFD brokerage, Fintech or regulated financial services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to link marketing initiatives to funded accounts, trader activation and revenue targets.
• Exceptional copywriting and brief‑creation skills with willingness to execute technical tasks.
• Decisive, direct and accountable, comfortable challenging weak results.
