Head of Finance

About the role

ChillBase, a game development studio, is seeking a Head of Finance to own the company’s financial processes, build a sustainable financial system, and act as a trusted partner to the CFO in strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and lead financial planning.
• Control liquidity, forecast cash flow and manage treasury operations.
• Interact with international banks and payment providers.
• Coordinate KYC/AML processes.
• Collaborate with auditors and external consultants.
• Oversee management reporting and financial processes.
• Conduct plan‑vs‑actual analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Participate in financial process automation.
• Coordinate the finance and accounting team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting or FP&A.
• Strong expertise in treasury and liquidity management.
• Experience with international banking operations and multi‑jurisdictional companies.
• Proven budgeting, financial planning and reporting background.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• ACC​A/ACA/CPA qualification (or in progress) is a plus.
