Head of Customer Success & Account Management

About the role

The company is an ag‑tech firm delivering digital scouting and agronomic decision‑support tools to commercial growers worldwide. We are looking for a senior client leader to own the post‑sale journey, combine Customer Success leadership with strategic account management, and drive commercial expansion across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer health, retention and expansion, building trusted relationships and leading strategic or at‑risk accounts.
• Lead, coach and set priorities for the Customer Success team, introducing structured account plans, health scoring and consistent service standards.
• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process and coordinate with Product, Engineering and Project Management to ensure high‑quality support.
• Oversee account administration, billing readiness, renewal forecasts and represent the customer voice in product discussions.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or similar role for complex B2B digital products.
• Proven ability to manage retention, renewals, expansion and senior customer relationships, including difficult conversations.
• At least two years of direct people‑management experience with responsibility for coaching and performance.
• Experience moving customers from pilot to multi‑site or enterprise deployment and strong business‑process management skills.
• Fluent professional English, willingness to travel internationally and strong organisational skills across multiple countries.
