Head of Corporate/Information Security

About the role

We are seeking a senior security leader to protect the assets, information, and reputation of our diversified fintech group. Reporting to the Executive Team, you will design and operate an integrated security program that spans corporate, physical, personnel, and information domains while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a global security strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish governance, policies, and risk‑management frameworks for financial, informational, and physical security.
• Oversee physical security measures, including access‑control, CCTV, and emergency response systems across all sites.
• Lead crisis‑management planning, travel security, and executive protection.
• Implement background‑verification, insider‑risk, and employee‑screening processes.
• Design fraud‑prevention controls, conduct internal investigations, and manage incident response.
• Advise senior leadership and the Board on security‑related decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior security leadership within complex, multi‑entity organisations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management and corporate governance.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive a security‑first culture.
