Head of Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Compliance to lead the compliance function for an innovative global Customer Experience company operating in the iGaming sector. Based in Limassol, you will ensure the business meets all regulatory, legal, AML, KYC, responsible gambling and data protection obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve compliance frameworks, policies and governance processes.
• Monitor regulatory developments and adapt policies, procedures and controls accordingly.
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee marketing compliance approvals and ensure alignment with responsible gaming standards.
• Manage new licence applications in collaboration with legal partners and regulators.
• Serve as primary contact for regulators in the UK, Spain, Sweden, Portugal and other markets.
• Prepare and deliver compliance reports and regulatory insights to senior leadership.
• Lead regulatory inspections, audits and reporting obligations.
• Design and deliver compliance training programmes for all employees.
• Mentor and develop the compliance team, fostering a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field (legal background preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in iGaming compliance.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑jurisdictional licensing frameworks (MGA, UKGC, SGA, DGA, etc.).
• In‑depth understanding of AML, KYC, responsible gambling and data protection obligations.
• Proven experience working directly with regulators and managing audits.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management capabilities.
