Head of Commercial

About the role

The Head of Commercial will own the end‑to‑end commercial line for Torpedo Entertainment’s iGaming aggregation platform. This senior position is responsible for shaping pricing, packaging, catalogue strategy and market terms, while collaborating closely with the CTO on technical matters and with Legal on contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy across demand and supply, including target models, territory splits and quota frameworks.
• Lead the sales team (including new Russian, Spanish and Mandarin speaking roles) and manage account relationships to drive revenue growth and retention.
• Own the pipeline: client selection, forecast accuracy, onboarding planning and a realistic CRM strategy.
• Negotiate and close complex multi‑product deals covering PAM, aggregation, sportsbook and managed services.
• Set pricing and packaging structures (revenue share, minimum guarantees, licence fees, integration fees, managed services) and ensure enforceable contracts.
• Manage studio and content partnerships, curate the catalogue of 7,500+ titles and negotiate supply agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial functions in a B2B iGaming or similar technology environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to set commercial direction and drive revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills for both operator and studio side agreements.
• Leadership capability to build and manage a multilingual sales team.
• Collaborative approach working with technical (CTO) and legal teams.
