Growth Manager – AI Platform for Developers

About the role

JetBrains is building an AI‑native platform that unifies developer workflows, team collaboration, and organizational control. We are looking for a Growth Manager to own the acquisition, onboarding, and activation journey for JetBrains AI across teams and organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Define, measure, and improve the path from product entry points to meaningful usage.
• Optimize acquisition flows across IDEs, desktop products, plugins, account flows, and contextual prompts.
• Create and refine self‑service paths such as trial starts, guided demos, sandbox experiences, and interactive walkthroughs.
• Design onboarding, first‑run experiences, contextual prompts, and empty states that showcase value.
• Identify friction points in entry, signup, setup, trial, and first‑use flows and turn them into product opportunities.
• Lead experiments to boost acquisition conversion, onboarding completion, trial‑to‑active conversion, and early repeat usage.
• Partner with Marketing on acquisition journeys and with Monetization on trial experiences and upgrade prompts.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, research, and other product teams to ship measurable improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in onboarding, activation, and product‑led growth for developer tools, SaaS, or AI products.
• Track record of improving acquisition‑to‑activation funnels, product entry points, and new‑user experiences.
• Ability to formulate growth hypotheses, prioritize experiments, analyze results, and translate learnings into product decisions.
