Growth Analyst – Marketing & Data

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Analyst to join our marketing team and help optimise user acquisition across multiple channels. You will work closely with performance‑marketing teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth for our iGaming platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse acquisition efficiency by channel, country, partner, campaign and creative.
• Support PPC, Facebook, Affiliate, In‑App, Google Ads and other acquisition teams.
• Conduct cohort, funnel and segmentation analyses to understand user behaviour.
• Evaluate test results, traffic‑buying changes and new targeting approaches.
• Provide practical recommendations on scaling, limiting or reallocating traffic sources.
• Define data requirements and tasks for Data Engineering and BI teams.
• Develop and improve dashboards in Metabase, Tableau or other BI tools.
• Perform ad‑hoc research and present findings in a business‑friendly format.
• Contribute to internal analytics products and automate regular monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience with Python for data analysis, automation and hypothesis testing.
• Solid understanding of marketing and product metrics such as funnels, cohort analysis, retention, LTV, CPA, ROAS and unit economics.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into testable hypotheses and identify root causes of metric changes.
• Excellent communication skills to explain analytical results to non‑technical stakeholders.
• High attention to calculation accuracy and self‑validation of conclusions.
