Graphic Designer – Employer Branding

About the role

At XM, employer branding showcases the real experience of working here – the people, the work, and the environment we create together. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who balances high‑impact execution with big‑picture thinking. You will create day‑to‑day visuals while shaping the visual style and design systems that power our global employer brand across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and execute visual styles, key visuals, and creative assets for global employer branding campaigns.
• Design static and motion content (GIFs, light animations) for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries.
• Create visuals for internal communications, including email campaigns, banners, and presentations.
• Design branded materials for career events, conferences, and internal activations such as booth designs and giveaways.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Branding, or Campaign Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real, executed projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience in motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools (prompting, image and video generation).
• Strong visual aesthetics with a keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage complex projects, multitask, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
