German-speaking International Freelance Recruiter

About the role

Join the growing team at Next Job Abroad as an International Freelance Recruiter. You will manage your own candidate pipeline and recruit primarily for language‑based roles across Europe on a freelance basis.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt German‑speaking candidates across Europe
• Recruit candidates in English for other language‑based positions
• Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews
• Assess motivation, suitability and relocation readiness
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain your own candidate pipeline
• Work proactively towards weekly and monthly KPIs
• Collaborate with the team on client requirements and open positions
• Follow up with candidates throughout onboarding and after placement

Required profile

• Speak German at native or near‑native level
• Strong command of English
• Previous professional recruitment experience, preferably agency, international or high‑volume recruitment
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing and headhunting
• Comfortable working towards KPIs, targets and placements
• Ability to manage and prioritize your own recruitment pipeline
• Highly self‑motivated and take ownership of results
• Comfortable working independently in a performance‑driven environment
